OUR PRODUCTS
DODO STREET sells clothing and fashion products through its online store.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Before placing an order, you should review the product description, available sizes, measurements, colour options and other information provided on the relevant product page.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability.
Some DODO STREET products may be produced after an order is placed through our production and fulfilment partners.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.
The applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be shown as required by applicable law.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
PLACING AN ORDER
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any errors.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order information is correct, including your:
- name;
- delivery address;
- email address;
- selected products;
- sizes;
- colours; and
- quantities.
After placing your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by you.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. The contract between you and DODO STREET will be formed in accordance with the acceptance process communicated to you during checkout or in your order confirmation.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the affected order.
PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may accept payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Your payment details may be handled directly by the relevant payment provider, subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
DELIVERY
We deliver to the locations shown as available at checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular delivery time is guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to you.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, applicable law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
If there is a significant delivery problem or we are unable to deliver within an agreed essential delivery period, you may have rights to cancel your order and receive a refund under applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DODO STREET may make products available to customers outside the United Kingdom.
Where international delivery is available, the applicable delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Depending on the destination country, additional taxes, duties, customs charges or import fees may apply.
Where such charges are the responsibility of the customer, this will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Customers purchasing from outside the UK are responsible for complying with applicable laws and requirements in their country of residence, including any applicable import requirements.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where the customer is located.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For most goods, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple goods that are delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins after you receive the final item.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your order.
You can contact us at:
dodostreet.uk@gmail.com
You may use the model cancellation wording at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to use that exact wording.
RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation right, you should return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where this was communicated to you before purchase.
You should take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
You may handle products as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in a similar way to how you would inspect them in a shop.
Where permitted by law, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary.
REFUNDS
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
This will generally include the cost of the standard delivery option you originally selected.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
The timing of a refund will comply with applicable law and may depend on when the returned goods are received or when you provide evidence that they have been returned.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you receive a product that is:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- incorrect;
- not as described;
- not of satisfactory quality; or
- not fit for its intended purpose,
please contact us at dodostreet.uk@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
We may ask for reasonable information or photographs to help us investigate a reported issue.
We will not ask you to give up any statutory rights that apply to you.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Some DODO STREET products may be produced after an order is placed.
The fact that a product is produced on demand does not, by itself, remove your statutory consumer rights.
Where a product has been genuinely personalised or customised specifically according to information supplied by you, a statutory exception to the cancellation right may apply where permitted by law.
If such an exception applies to a particular product, we will make the relevant information clear before you place your order.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
SIZING
We provide sizing information and measurements for products where available.
Because different garments may have different fits and measurements, you should review the size information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, DODO STREET may offer promotional codes, discounts, limited releases or other promotional offers.
Each promotion may have additional terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may have an expiry date;
- promotional codes may be subject to minimum purchase requirements;
- promotional codes may not be combined with other offers.
We will not use promotional terms to remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide a reliable online shopping experience.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from interruptions, errors or technical issues.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
DODO STREET may use trusted third-party services to support our website and business operations.
These may include payment providers, website and hosting providers, production and fulfilment partners, delivery companies, analytics services and marketing platforms.
Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, such processing will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights or our legal responsibility for matters such as faulty or misdescribed goods, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We will not use these Terms to remove rights or protections that you are legally entitled to receive.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include significant disruption to transport or delivery networks, natural disasters, serious supplier disruption, government action, major technical failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
Where such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with you and minimise the impact.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law or is necessary to correct an error.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
